Welcome to Artchipelago Auctions! Here you can navigate to the auction page and useful information regarding participating in an auction.
You can participate in an auction by bidding on an auctionable artwork. The bid amount should exceed the current bid by IDR 500,000 to qualify as a bid. Once you have put a bid, you can observe the bidding status on the Auctions menu in My Account. Bids that have been outbid by other accounts will be notified through email and on the My Account’s Auctions Activity menu.
Customer who won a bid will be notified on their email and on the Auctions menu that s/he won an auction. The link to Checkout will be provided there. From here, you will be redirected to Checkout. Customers can only pay for the auction within 96 hours after winning the auction. Note that this fee does not include shipping fee yet. Artwork price and shipping fee will be billed separately.
